We accept returns or exchanges if the item you purchased is defective. Should you receive a defective item, please contact us within seven (7) days at [email@example.com] with details and pictures of the product and the defect. Upon the receipt of your email, we will fully examine it and notify you within 48 hours whether you are entitled to a repair, refund, or replacement as a result of the defect.
We will be handling the shipping fees for returns/exchanges of defective items. For Metro Manila customers, we can arrange our rider to pick up the item from your address. For provincial customers, you can send the item within seven (7) days via any third party courier and choose cash on pick-up option.
For refunds, we will pay the purchase price using the original method of payment. Refunds do not include the original shipping and handling charges shown on the invoice.
We don't accept returns/refunds for color and size concerns.
