The hydrophobic microfiber fabric is only for hand-wash. The leather parts should be taken off before washing.

We accept returns or exchanges if the item you purchased is defective. Should you receive a defective item, please contact us within seven (7) days at attique.ph@gmail.com with details and pictures of the product and the defect.

Upon the receipt of your email, we will fully examine it and notify you within 48 hours whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. For refunds, we will pay the purchase price using the original method of payment.

We will be handling the shipping fees for returns/exchanges of defective items. Refunds do not include the original shipping and handling charges shown on the invoice.

We don't accept returns/refunds for color and size concerns. Make sure to know your size and preferences before confirming your orders. Ask us about this--we're happy to help!
